In an effort to get some good discussions going on these boards, which have been fairly devoid lately, i'd like to show 2 gear setups i've been thinking about, involving new gear from naxxramas. (see here for naxx items:

First, a preface: These are setups mainly for pvp. People lately have been going loony IMO. Fury builds with 4k hp, edgemaster handguards, that sort of thing. Even in PVE these types of builds are highly limited by a universal truth: you can't do damage while dead. Fights in AQ40 and now Naxxramas are showing that you typically need more than 1 tank, sometimes 5 tanks are needed. The fights you can DPS freely without worrying about aggro or getting 1 or 2 shotted with your 5500 buffed hp are few and far between.
Look at Sartura for example. Her WW does 1200-1500ish damage to plate WITH a shield, without a shield and in zerker stance it's easily 2k or more, especially with these people I see wearing leather gear for the stats. That's 2 WW's, which she spams very fast, before you either need massive healing, or you die. With healers having to worry about tanks, or classes that can stun more than every 30 seconds (rogues, pallies), I doubt you're much of a priority to healers.
And that's only 1 example. If you want an even better example, look at patchwerk. If you haven't fought him, then I won't spoil it, but let's just say that a fury warrior who pulls aggro will instantly be wtfpwnt.
And that's just pve, in pvp, hp is even more important. Spell damage is out the roof these days. Your only defense against this as a warrior is defensive stance when you can, get as much hp as you can without gimping other stats, and get a healer to tag along with you who doesn't suck and will watch your back.
Also, IMO, crit % is the most important offensive stat for an MS warrior in PVP. Crits fuel your rage generation, no crits = no rage = no skill usage. Now, you don't need to go overboard on it, anywhere above 20% is good IMO, with the more the better obviously. AP is still good, but it's second to crit%.

Here's what I call the "Crazy Crit Build". 41% crit in zerker stance, lol, crazy. Your other offensive stats aren't too bad, altho you could swap out BB or KotS for DFT if you feel you need the +hit, which would still be pretty high +crit. You could go even higher crit % with a few items subbed in, but you'd have to sacrifice a large amount of hp and AP, so I felt this was the best balance for this sort of build.

This is the setup I'm thinking of working towards: The 7k hp pvp Warrior. It's a bit short on offensive stats, altho still respectable. Where it stands out is in the good avoidance/defense and outstanding HP value. Also, MS builds rely mostly on a good weapon to do damage, so with an outstanding weapon, you can back off of the offensive stats a bit in favor of hp and defense, and still have good offensive abilities. And, in pvp, mace spec is useful, so add in 5% for that.
This setup reminds me of listening to the devs talk about pve encounters, if they wanted to make them impossible, they'd just up their hp by a lot
