ya - I'm noticing that no guilds worth joining are recruiting... regardless of the server.

That makes me a sad panda

The largest guilds on the server are not normally considered one of the powerhouse guilds - most of the core guilds alliance side (Immo, Trans, Exodia) keep around 100 accounts and just try to have a very active core presence. I wouldn't agree with felwind here about 'not recruiting' - recruiting is up to the class leaders in our system, and I would always rather have a 2-3+ player excess when it comes to raiding times to deal with no-shows or inactivity for whatever reason. If you look at our roster from when we first started doing MC and then compare that to now, your going to see nearly a 70% difference. Having had to deal with roster shortages before, we know now to always try to keep recruiting new talents in place of more inactive members.

I believe were trying to pick up some mages/priest atm - but each seperate guild will be looking for different classes. If you plan on rerolling for the sake of high end content then the classes felwind listed are your best shot.

I'd rather have to sit out 2-3 people than be short even 1.

rofl, i play on manno and xeon is not the kind of player you want in your guild~ bad hunter imo and terrible attitude. not that you were gonna even consider him anyways.
