Bigjoan, you will be able to ride your flying mount in Northrend, and the capital city there will be Dalaran who has decided to zip up there from its place in Eastern Kingdoms to act as a bastion against the blue dragonflight or something. It will be hovering in air necropolis-style, but will also be accessable from the ground as well as from the air. |

I'm not sure on the lore, as he mostly explained the gameplay part of it, maybe they were aiding the blue dragonflight, but there was some stuff about the blue dragonflight squabbling with each other and stuff, but I don't know. |
