There is a new employee here that silenty repeates everything you say to her, but her lips move. I'll be talking to her...and she'll be moving her lips the whole time and they are obviously saying the same thing I am saying, but like two words behind. It's kind of disturbing. Anyway...

But seriously, maybe she is hard of hearing (deaf) and reads lips and moves her lips repeating what you are saying almost as a mental confirmation? I just made that up, but maybe it could be true hehe. |

I have no idea what this is, but im going to guess anyways. I think she has a problem not hearing, but listening and understanding what you are saying. I do something similar occasionally when someone gives me instructions for work or how to do something. I'll repeat it back after they are finished, but out loud so they can hear me because it helps me to remember. I think you should ask her why she does it
