Hmmmm These are some really great responses, but I was looking for something that actually made some sense. Thanks for those that helped answer me question. Hope to hear more of that or hopwfully an answer for the question I was asking. Thanks again! Pria |

You're correct in that a paladin in our guild is the current owner of the hammer. While many may make the argument that it's better in the hands of a warrior, I believe ultimately it comes down to the skill of the player and how well he can make use of it. From what I've seen so far, our paladin makes just as much if not more use of it than many warriors can. As I'm not too familiar with the paladin class and their offensive attacks, I'll leave the door open for him to comment himself.. |

Unless you're talking about Thunderfury, giving any one rare weapon to a Warrior over anyone else isn't going to have a large impact on your raiding. Is your MT going to use Sulfuras while he's tanking? Is Sulfuras going to do so much more damage with a 'dps warrior' than Spinal Reaper that you actually notice it in a raid environment? Thunderfury, because of being 1h and having such an excellent proc (for aggro and debuff) would be a shame to see in the hands of someone other than a Warrior, but for any other weapon it really doesn't matter. (Well.. Quel'Serrar should certainly go to a Warrior above a Paladin as well). Would a Warrior see greater personal effect from a Sulfuras then a Paladin, if upgrading from equivalent weapons? Yes... but not enough that it should matter to a guild who gets it (for raiding purposes). |

Sweet! Those answers are exactly how I would see it. If a "dps Pally"(no laughing) had Sulfuras, was specced correctly and had the same gear as a "dps Warrior", I really think the numbers would be so close. Seal of Command can do some serious dps. Granted it is not "predictable", but it is going to proc and it will proc half dozen times per minute for alot of damage. Thanks for the responses! That was what I was thinking the whole time. I assume then that your guildie that has Sulfuras is attacking bosses like Vael and Broodlord? Again, thanks! Pria |

They didnt say that the Paladin can do the same dps as a warrior with this weapon. They just stated that the scaled difference between a pally upgrading to this weapon and a warrior upgrading to this weapon, would be similar. We have a shaman in our guild that we will probably give our first Sulfuras to if we ever get the chance, mainly because he is a badass Shaman and in his hands that weapon would be put to GREAT use. -Midnyte |
