Messing around in Northrend...
Gignor as a death knight:

Talents are definitely not fake - running official Blizzard client:

Wolfhead elevators (there is more than one of these, I found two):

Undead town (don't know it it'll be scourge or forsaken), the buildings and wagons are looking awesome (containing the new plague, maybe?):

The new norse inspired race are getting some really well designed buildings, completely new too. Texture detail seems to be higher than that of vanilla and TBC too:

Zul'Drak, looking very huge (like the rest o Northrend), and this is not even the biggest building in there:

Blizzard having fun in unfinished areas:

In the middle of all the icyness, there's jungle 'n palm trees:

A huge portal-thingy in the jungle area:

Dragon statues in Lake Wintergrasp (the siege world pvp area), still missing some textures (could be the emulated server messing up, though.):

I can try to get some screenshots of the druid talents, if you want confirmation. Keep in mind that it's early alpha, there's plenty of time for balancing things out.
My overall impression of Northrend is that it's huge! And I mean huge. By that I don't just mean the horizontal size, but the vertical size as well. There are mountains three times the size of anything you'll find in Northrend or Azeroth, it actually took me some time getting from the top of Stormpeak to the bottom flying with 1000% normal speed, and that's saying something. Especially Stormpeak Mountains (I think that's what they're called) has a lot of enormous stone buildings clustered around it - currently untextured - that looks like Ironforge x 10. Maybe giant territory? Not sure what the lore says about that place.
